If You Could Write Your Own Life-Story, How Would You Write It?

What I’m About

My name is Zev Weisdorf. It’s so vivid. I was 12 years old out to crush my first ever fitness goal. Before long, I accomplished my first goal, and was hooked like it was a drug. What happened next? I set a few other goals. Goals such as becoming Athlete of the Year in Elementary School, Most Valuable Player for my high school teams, becoming Athlete of the Year in High School, receiving the Jason Edmonds award, Receiving the Award of Merit, OCAA Playoff All-Star and All-Canadian at the National Collegiate Championships, win a championship, play semi-pro baseball, become a two-sport varsity athlete, learn how to clean, snatch and Jerk and become Fanshawe Baseball Rookie of the Year, and receive the Les Zoltai Award for being an active student at Fanshawe who embodied what is was to be a student athlete. I reached all of these goals only because I aimed higher. Failure is great, for when you strive high, you achieve so much along the way. That is exactly what I want for my athletes. At the beginning of high school, I was preforming bodybuilding style workouts. These made me slow, and I had to make a change. I looked into how professionals were training. By doing so I was led into a life changing path in which I began to learn olympic lifts and full body power movements. I began incorporating complexes into my workouts. I began to de-load and messing with tempo’s when weight lowered. I carried out this new style of conditioning through college and saw athletic enhancement. My vertical increased 3 inches. My max lifts all increased 10%. Increased proprioception during training helped my game on the field and court. If you feel slow I’ve got your back!

I enjoythe specific, diverse, and versatile training styles required for every sport and every position of every sport. After diving into research, I can generate great athletes into phenomenal athletes.
